- Manage patient admission procedure and billing operations effectively.
- Handle patient inquiries and provide support.
- Process medical bills and payment transactions accurately
- Assist in developing and maintaining billing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Maintaining patient due bills status, reporting to the department head, and following up collection.
- Any other relevant responsibility assigned by the department head.
