Responsibilities & Context

Preparing Showroom Expenses:

  • Compile and analyze various expenditures incurred within the showroom, including but not limited to:
  • Variable Commission: Calculating and processing commissions based on relevant criteria.
  • Petty Cash Management: Monitoring and replenishing petty cash funds for daily operational needs.
  • Electricity Expense: Managing electricity bills for the showroom premises.
  • Final Settlement: Handling financial settlements for outgoing employees, ensuring accurate and timely payments.
  • Incentive Management: Administering incentive programs for showroom staff as per company guidelines.
  • Party Payment: Processing payments related to showroom events, promotional activities, or other engagements.

Payment Entry (Showroom Expense):

  • Accurately inputting all showroom-related expenses into the financial system or database.
  • Ensuring proper classification, and documentation of expenses for tracking and reporting purposes.

Disbursing Showroom Expenses:

  • Distributing approved funds for showroom expenditures in accordance with established budgets and policies. Coordinating with relevant departments or vendors to facilitate timely payments and expense disbursements.

Provisioning Different Showroom Expenses:

  • Collaborating with finance teams to allocate appropriate provisions for anticipated expenses, ensuring financial stability and preparedness.
