Requirements
Education
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Microbiology
- Master of Science (MSc) in Microbiology
- B Sc/MSc in Food Microbiology or Microbiology from any reputed University with excellent academic track record.
Additional Requirements
- Age At least 28 years
- Experience in FMCG Preferred
- Good knowledge of aseptic techniques and microbial testing methods
- Basic understanding of HACCP, ISO 22000, and HALAL standards
- Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel)
- Strong observation, documentation, and teamwork skills
- Good Interpersonal Communication skills.
- Should be honest, hard working, enthusiastic, self-motivated
- Should be sincere, polite, dynamic, hardworking & willing to work under pressure.
- Computer Literacy with Office Application, e-mail and internet browsing.,ERP
- Good command in English & Bangla Language is needed.
- Full-time-Shifting Duty.
Responsibilities & Context
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Officer -Food Microbiologist to join our Quality Control Team. The selected candidate will perform microbiological testing, hygiene monitoring, and ensure product safety as per ISO, HACCP, and HALAL standards.

Job Description / Responsibility
- Perform daily microbiological testing of raw materials, finished goods, and process environments.
- Maintain aseptic techniques and proper documentation of all test results.
- Prepare culture media and handle microbial identification and enumeration.
- Monitor factory hygiene and sanitation practices.
- Assist in validation of cleaning and sterilization processes.
- Support R&D and shelf-life studies from a microbiological perspective.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct microbial load trend analysis and prepare periodic microbiological reports.
- Ensure calibration and maintenance of microbiological instruments (incubator, autoclave, laminar flow, etc.).
- Participate in internal audits and corrective action follow-ups related to hygiene and microbiology.
- Conduct environmental swab and air sampling for hygiene verification.
- Train production and sanitation staff on microbiological hygiene and GMP.
- Support in root cause analysis of microbiological deviations or contamination incidents.
- Ensure proper disposal of biohazardous waste as per safety protocols.
- Any other job as and when assigned by management.
