Requirements

Education

• Master of Business Administration (MBA)

• Post Graduate Diploma in Supply Chain Management will get preference.

Experience

• At least 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Garments, Bicycle

• Good communication & presentation skills.
• Excellent skills in MS Office, specially in MS Excel and Accounts software.
• Self-motivated and proactive in producing and delivering outputs.
• Able to work under pressure & familiar with work in a team.

Responsibilities & Context

• Responsible for all foreign procurement.
• Procurement process: sample & mass order receive from Planning.
• Order place to suppliers. Receive PI’s, check PI as per spec, check price, quantity, ETD and take PI confirmation from planning & singback PI to suppliers.
• Supply chain development work for efficient supply chain.
• Remind-mailing & communicating suppliers for parts ready to confirm on time ETD, give PIs to commercial timely LC processing/TT as per planning-production priority.
• Assist with commercial for taking Draft confirm, involve Logistic for on time ETD & parts sailing.
• Inventory control & random parts quality checking and working for reducing unnecessary stock.
• Monitoring all damages, returns, replacements, and warranty claim issues.
• Perform any others tasks assigned by management time to time.
