2 to 3 years of relevant experience in front desk, administration, HR support, or office management functions. Experience in a corporate office environment will be an added advantage.
Good professional communication and interpersonal skills, proficient in Microsoft Office applications, and experienced in multitasking, office management, and maintaining efficient administrative operations.
Responsibilities & Context
Ensure a professional welcome and reception for all guests, visitors, and stakeholders.
Manage office supplies, including stationery and groceries; maintain stock and process related bills and inventory records.
Coordinate and monitor DHL and local courier services, including bill processing and tracking through their websites/apps.
Maintain and update official registers, including Daak (incoming/outgoing) and courier logs.
Verify monthly transportation bills and review vehicle logbooks.
Assist in Purchase Order (PO) and Service Entry Sheet (SES) processing as required.
Coordinate recruitment logistics by communicating with candidates, scheduling interviews, and arranging interview panels.
Liaise with enlisted banks to facilitate employee banking requirements.
Provide front desk and general administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
Supervise support service staff to ensure efficient service delivery.
Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
