Additional Requirements

Working experience of at least 3-7 years in the field of Credit Risk Analysis/Relationship Management, Loans and Advances and Security Documentation in any leading banks.

Age at most 37 years. May be relaxed in case of exceptionally deserving candidates.

Excellent knowledge and expertise in Credit-related tasks.

Having strong market intelligence to develop new business/client.

Ability to take ownership of the projects and meet strict deadlines.

Strong communication, negotiation and project management skills.

Should have good communication, leadership and team building skills.

Responsibilities & Context

ONE Bank PLC intends to appoint experienced bankers as Credit Officers (Associate Relationship Officer / Relationship Officer/ Assistant Relationship Manager) Relationship Manager as per following descriptions:

• Solicit business by booking both Assets & Liabilities.
• Prepare of call reports, credit risk assessments (ICRRS, CRG), prepare and analyze financial data/reports, evaluate client’s credit worthiness etc., visit client’s factory/business premises for measuring the risk associated with the respective client.
• Prepare and accurate submit of credit memo/proposals.
• Prepare sanction letters for borrowers.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and continuously endeavor to build new relationships.
• Monitor and ensure timely loan repayment, collecting financial statements and other necessary documents from time to time.
• Ensure timely review and renewal of the portfolio.
• Assist in achieving the business goals of the Branch/Division/Bank.
• Maintain compliance with the policies of the Bank and Regulatory bodies.
• Make correspondences with internal colleagues and external clients.
