Requirements
Education
- Minimum Graduation in any discipline from any reputed university
- 3rd division or 3rd class in any exam are discouraged from applying
Experience
- 25 to 40 years
Additional Requirements
- Age 25 to 40 years
- Strong writing proficiency in both English and Bangla
- Advanced skills in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Excellent interpersonal and organisational abilities
- Capable of working effectively under pressure and within a team environment
Responsibilities & Context
- Ensure the safety and security of employees, materials, assets, and cash for both Branches and the Head Office.
- Maintain adequate insurance coverage for fixed assets (fire policy), cash (including money insurance for safes, counters, ATMs, and cash in transit).
- Assist in the selection of efficient and cost-effective vendors and ensure accurate preparation of work orders.
- Oversee vehicle scheduling in line with official requirements and manage vehicle repair, maintenance, and documentation for the Bank.
- Supervise and evaluate the activities and performance of security guards.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by the Head of Department.
