Additional Requirements

Well conversant with Computer system. Good command on both written and spoken English;

Responsible for ensuring overall Heavy Equipment functions are implemented smoothly.
Preparing various types of operational report. (Monthly, daily, periodically etc.).
Ensuring driver/ helper’s attendance, leave etc. In case of accident, reach the spot within the minimum possible time (if possible), liaison with the Police & local administration to mitigate the problem (if there is any) and managing crisis moment.
Daily basis monitoring, ERP Operation Schedule, Billing, Inspector and VTS activities in time.
Maintain liaison with supply chain, CNF to ensure timely support of vehicle.
Supervise and time to time monitor the activities of Workshop.
Control & supervise transport movement / transport operation of the company within the country.
Follow up the activities of subordinates.
Preparing monthly roster to ensure time efficient management.
Manage and control departmental expenditure within agreed budgets.
Capable to investigate the issues & resolve complaints.
Monitor the activities of the drivers, helpers to ensure smooth operations of like fuel consumption, Trip counting etc. Preparing and submitting suggestion to the management for efficient management.
Conduct orientation on road and highway rules, regulation and safety for drivers.
