Requirements

Education

MBA in HRM will get preference.

Experience

Responsibilities & Context

We are seeking a skilled HR Officer to oversee key performance appraisals, manage KPIs, and address disciplinary actions while fostering talent development through the creation and implementation of effective policies and procedures.

This role involves managing administrative tasks and contributing to a positive workplace by monitoring and enhancing performance appraisals throughout the year.

  • To develop & implement KPI-based performance appraisal system.
  • Monitoring and developing performance appraisal throughout the year.
  • To help the rewards and punishment process.
  • To ensure employee counseling & motivation.
  • Monitor Performance and operational KPIs to assess business performance against targets.
  • To develop, upgrade and implement HR policies up to a reasonably acceptable standard for establishing smooth HR operation within the group and make sure that the policies are duly implemented.
  • Ensure proper disciplinary action as per company disciplinary procedures.
  • Assist the alignment of HR operations with business objectives across all departments and units.
  • Assisting talent acquisition and retention efforts while maintaining a strong talent pipeline for critical roles.
  • Drive performance management (KPI and competencies driven) and career cycle management process.
  • Ensure performance reviews, mid-year check-ins, and continuous feedback sessions among managers and employees.
  • Draft and prepare HR-related correspondence, including letters and memos.
  • Develop policy guidelines entire Compliance issues with local laws, regulations.
  • Address employee relations issues, including complaints and workplace concerns.
  • Collaborate with department heads to provide data-driven decision support.
  • Any other duties as instructed by management.

Advance skill in Excel and Microsoft Office

HR Operations

Khowladge of Bangladesh Labour Law
