Responsibilities & Context

House # 16, Road # 19, Sector # 14, Uttara, Dhaka
Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes.
- Good experience about administrative work.
- Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the organization to facilitate other project operations.
- Manage schedules and deadlines of project completion.
- Monitor and keeping of project materials such as civil, electrical and Computer materials in safe condition.
- Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new materials for project with attention to budgetary constraints.
- Manage the maintenance and repair of Office equipments, Computer and other devices.
- Initiate and coordinates deadline to achievement of project goal of the organization.
- Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning etc.
- Liaise with external stakeholders, such as vendors, suppliers, law enforcement agencies, certification license issuing authorities to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor cost and expenses according to budget.
- Monitor and procures needed supplies for office, reception, kitchen, beautification of factory premises and other related issues.
- Supervises clerical and administrative personnel by communicating job expectations, aspiring job result and disciplining employees.
- Ensure safe, secure and well-maintained facility that meets environmental, health and security standard.
- Recruit and train personnel and allocate responsibilities and office space in collaboration with Corporate People & Productivity team.
- Assess staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Ensure that all administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and correspondence, are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Set procedures for training, coaching, counseling and career development for the staff.
- Ensure new staff recruitments and appointment letters.
- Monitoring staff payroll system or attendance book.
