Requirements
Education
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
BBA In HRM with LLB/MBA in HRM is Preferable
Experience

Additional Requirements
- Experience on RMG and knowledge on Bangladesh Labor Law is preferred.
- Having strong knowledge on MS Excel will be given preference.
Responsibilities & Context
- Will be responsible for Skilled Sewing Operators recruitment.
- To arrange recruitment fair, recruitment campaign announcement, digital recruitment campaign to attract the potential skilled employees.
- Coordinate and maintain liaison with recruitment agencies, community, sewing operators training centers.
- Maintain recruitment discipline in recruitment center.
- Filling up new joiner’s information recruitment data at FHRIS – Factory Human Resource Information System
- Prepare Manpower/Headcount projection report
- Preparing and coordinating orientation schedule, on-boarding and performing induction.
- Update and follow up daily recruitment status.
- Any other task assigned by management.
