Job Function: Human Resources

Location: Plant, Rajendrapur, Gazipur

Job type: Permanent

Job Descriptions:

• Perform employee life cycle management, from hiring to separation.
• Support performance appraisals and improvement plans.
• Maintain HR databases, files and generate reports.
• Address employee inquiries and resolve conflicts.
• Ensure adherence to employment laws and maintain HR records.
• Coordinate training sessions and development programs.
• Administer employee benefits and assist with related queries.
• Assist with HR projects and process improvement activities
• Assist in developing and updating HR policies and procedures.
• Organize employee engagement activities and events.
