Requirements
Education

Minimum Graduation in any discipline (preferably in HRM) from any reputed university.

PGD in HRM will be an added advantage.

3rd division or 3rd class in any exam are discouraged to apply.

At least 3 years’ experience in HRD at any commercial Bank is preferred.

Excellent knowledge and skills in MS excel, PowerPoint etc.

Ability to manage multiple priorities, stay organized, and meet deadlines.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and organizational skills with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.

Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills with a focus on maintaining a positive work environment.

Ability to work in a team.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Requirements may be relaxed for relevant and experienced candidates.
Responsibilities & Context
-
To Prepare, update and implement HR policies, procedures, SOPs to ensure compliance with legal and organizational standards.
-
To manage the payroll process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of employee compensation like monthly salaries, festival bonuses, overtime and other employee benefits·
-
To assist in calculation of income tax and deduct at sources.
-
Processing employee separation as per HR policy.
-
Processing Staff loans both new and takeover.
-
To assist in resolving employee relations issues and fostering a positive work environment.
-
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases, safeguarding data integrity and privacy.
-
Assist to ensure automation on HR issues.
-
Sound Knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law (2006 and Amendment 2018).
-
Assist in the implementation of day to day HR operations related issues to the Bank.
-
Other duties as assigned by Head of Department.
