Requirements

Education

  • Minimum Graduation in any discipline (preferably in HRM) from any reputed university.

  • PGD in HRM will be an added advantage.

  • 3rd division or 3rd class in any exam are discouraged to apply.

Experience

  • 3 to 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Banks

Additional Requirements

  • Age 30 to 37 years
  • At least 3 years’ experience in HRD at any commercial Bank is preferred.

  • Excellent knowledge and skills in MS excel, PowerPoint etc.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, stay organized, and meet deadlines.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and organizational skills with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.

  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills with a focus on maintaining a positive work environment.

  • Ability to work in a team.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

  • Requirements may be relaxed for relevant and experienced candidates.

Responsibilities & Context

  • To Prepare, update and implement HR policies, procedures, SOPs to ensure compliance with legal and organizational standards.

  • To manage the payroll process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of employee compensation like monthly salaries, festival bonuses, overtime and other employee benefits·

  • To assist in calculation of income tax and deduct at sources.

  • Processing employee separation as per HR policy.

  • Processing Staff loans both new and takeover.

  • To assist in resolving employee relations issues and fostering a positive work environment.

  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases, safeguarding data integrity and privacy.

  • Assist to ensure automation on HR issues.

  • Sound Knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law (2006 and Amendment 2018).

  • Assist in the implementation of day to day HR operations related issues to the Bank.

  • Other duties as assigned by Head of Department.
