Responsibilities & Context
· Follow up the Supply Chain and maintain communication with different suppliers to ensure all raw material supplies are on time in factory inventory Monitor inventory labels to ensure optimal ranges, preventing stockout, and overstock situations through SAP.
· Production follow-up and analysis of Factory Capacity and operational Time to meet timely shipment.
· Tracking and ensuring smooth movement of orders during production operation by Fast Track· (ERP).
· Developing weekly cutting plan, weekly print plan, weekly sewing plan, and weekly inspection schedule through FR(ERP).
· Collaborate with various departments to create production plans based on sales forecasts, inventory labels, and demand.
· Utilizing data analysis tools to gather insights, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to enhance production.
· Maintain close communication with various teams to ensure a smooth workflow and address issues promptly.
. Closely monitor on-time delivery with the production manager.
. Set operation and machine-wise manpower allocation according to the production plan, ensuring optimum manpower utilization with maximum output.
. Find bottleneck areas, conduct root cause analysis, and improve areas for better solutions.
. Daily basis makes capacity-wise targets for each section to achieve the monthly sales goal trend develop a forecast model and find out early material requirements and push to the supply chain to fulfill the requirement.
. Monitor with supply chain to avoid out-of-stock.
. Calculate and report on efficiency and manpower utilization and machinery daily.
. Check raw material availability and make monthly, quarterly, and yearly raw material plans.
. Worked with management as per the requirement.
