Analyze current finishing process to identify inefficiencies and develop optimized procedures.
Utilize industrial engineering tools to improve productivity, reduce costs, and minimize waste in packing.
Proper follow up of shipment as per plan to achieve set packing targets and quick balancing finishing lines.
Ensure packing methods are aligned with buyer’s requirements and compliance standards.
Coordinate with production, quality control, and other relevant departments to ensure timely completion of finishing process.
Analyze packing data, including packer efficiency, materials usage, and cycle times.
Generate performance reports and recommend corrective actions for continuous improvement.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure packing standards meet the required specifications.
Work closely with the quality assurance team to resolve any quality issues related to packaging.
Assist in developing packing budgets and ensure adherence to cost-saving measures to reduce over time, alteration and rejection.
