Responsibilities & Context
- Coordinate and manage the receipt, storage, and distribution of raw materials and finished products.
- Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery of goods to the production units.
- Collaborate with logistics provider, Airlines, suppliers merchandising teams, C&F Agent to streamline the in/outbound logistics process and on time delivery.
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with import regulations and company policies.
- Overseas dispatch and delivery, ensuring accurate order fulfillment and export documentation.
- Liaise with logistics providers to secure cost-effective and reliable shipping solutions.
- Maintain and monitor delivery schedules, ensuring alignment with customer expectations and company targets.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including production, merchandising and commercial, to align logistics activities with overall business goals.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize logistics operations, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
- Maintain accurate records of logistics activities, including shipment tracking, inventory levels, and costs.
- Prepare regular reports on logistics performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Identify and address logistics challenges, including delays, transportation issues.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve logistics processes, enhance efficiency, and reduce costs.
- Manage export documentation and ensure compliance with international trade regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align logistics with business goals.
