Experience

• 3 to 5 years

  Multinational Companies, Garments, Textile

Responsibilities & Context

• Micro level Product Focus to minimize Change over, follow SMED & Lean tools ,& continue bulk Production (Closely follow up by PPC).
• Capacity study, Production study and historical data analysis to improve capacity.
• Capacity and manpower requirement evaluate of Production department.(Cutting/Embroidery/Sewing/Finishing)
• Evaluate quarterly skill requirement and monitoring and follow up training school process.
• Designing modify and implementing incentive schemes.
• Method development/ innovation for SMV reduction.
• Prior preparation for the coming styles two weeks in advance.
• Analyzing VSM(Value Stream Mapping)
• Any other task assigned by management.
