Now, we are seeking a dynamic & energetic person to join us as “Officer (Industrial Performance)”.

The candidate has to perform following responsibilities:

• Monitor activities of assigned projects to develop and implement procedures and process also prepare and develop project design

• Cooperate with SCM team for material planning and any project with the support from supervisor

• Identify the scope of improvement opportunity & help to design the project to mitigate the issues & improve the factory performance also Implement IE Tools & Techniques (Lean, Kaizen, Poka Yoke etc.)

• Assist in developing production processes that maximize efficiency and reduce waste in the production line.

• Follow-up operations breakdown and layout also monitoring bottlenecks and maintain line balancing
