- Sound technical knowledge of potato and rice production.

- Have knowledge on public management & networking
Responsibilities & Context
- To select potato based yearly crop production block on the basis of land quality, irrigation & drainage system.
- To select actual farmer for processed / export potato cultivation.
- Prepare block approval documents and timely submit to the supervisor.
- Arranged farmer meeting and compete Agreement with contact growers.
- Impute distribution among the contact growers properly & timely.
- Regular field visit & provided technical support to the contact growers.
- To ensure quality potato & others crop production by contact growers.
- To ensure proper field curing, shade curing, sorting and grading of product.
- To ensure product collection and storage smoothly.
- All data collection & update regularly of farmer, land and crops.
- Maintain stock and all documents regularly.
- Do any other duties as assigned by the supervisor
