Job Context
NMS is going to recruit a competent and self-motivated individual for the position of Officer M&E of “Continuation and Scale-up of Prioritized HIV Prevention and Treatment Services for Key Populations in Bangladesh” which is Implemented by Nari Mukti Sangha.
Workplace: Work at office but need to frequent field visit / outreach
Job Responsibility:
The major role of this position is to achieve 95-95-95 targets and ensure Zero tolerance for fraud and corruptions, violation of any compliance at Outlet level. Beside s/he will play vital role at Outlet level for ensuring 100% transparency, accountability and performance-based result. The position will be crucial to coordinate into activities and help to solve difficult or challenging issues in HIV, AIDS and STI prevention, care and support as well as integration of different services (e.g. MCH integration, gender-based violence, TB and Economic rehabilitation program integration, etc.). Beside s/he will play vital role in monitoring progress and performance of each Outlet providing Assistance to Outlet team members to ensure the highest quality HIV prevention as well as will ensure meaningful coordination with GO/NGO and local level other stakeholders. S/he will play significant role in identifying referral services based on the need to the beneficiaries and will proceed for functional referral system. She/he will also be responsible to assist Technical Specialist – Program in carrying out training and advocacy events.

KEY AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY:
- Prepare M&E activity plans in accordance with the overall operational plan of the project
- Assist in developing user-friendly monitoring tools to collect data during routine field activities by the field staff
- Arrange orientation to project/DIC/Outlet staff on the monitoring tools and ensure all have equal understanding on the tools
- Conduct field test of the tools and finalize after getting feedback
- Update plans in accordance with monitoring data and other factors in the planning cycle.
- Ensure that the project activities are taking place in accordance to project plan.
- Set project indicators in accordance with the project objectives
- Bring notice of any deviation of the project to the Program Coordinator (SSR) and M&E Specialist (SR)
- Keep close contact with the Program team members of this project, field-based staff and other project staff for collection of monthly data and compile those on regular basis.
- Ensure collection of the field data from field staff on a regular basis and compile and analysis those on monthly and quarterly and generate reports for management
- Provide necessary input to DIC/outlet Managers in making CIS functional
- Ensure collection field data on regular basis and analyse those and generate reports to feed in to project for further improvement of service delivery.
- share the compile CIS report with the Program Coordinator (SSR) and M&E Specialist (SR) for their information and necessary action
- Ensure monitoring findings are feeding in to project cycle
Safe guarding
- Guide and support Outlet Team management on safe guarding trainings/orientation/and regular discussion in the formal meeting of the DIC/Outlets;
- Monitor Safeguarding policy implementation at DIC/Outlet level through monitoring and supervision
- Submit monthly report to Safeguarding focal on the monitoring and canter safeguarding risk assessment
Other: Perform any task assigned by the supervisor or project focal.
