Responsibilities & Context

• Make daily outbound cold calls to potential customers to promote our products and services.

• Identify and generate new leads through market research and cold outreach.

• Work closely with the sales team to hand over qualified leads and coordinate follow-ups.

• Build and maintain relationships with potential customers to enhance brand loyalty.

• Monitor competitor activities and customer behavior trends to identify opportunities for growth.

• Develop and maintain a robust database of potential clients for future marketing campaigns.

• Assist the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets by generating qualified leads.

• Prepare and present daily and weekly reports on marketing activities, lead generation, and lead conversion.

• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth execution of marketing campaigns.
