  • S/he should be skilled in data collection, quality control, data management, analysis and reporting writing.
  • Must have Computer knowledge (MS word, excel, PowerPoint, email, internet etc.)
  • Having experience in documentation of Project Management.
  • Able to communicate with English language (Speaking & Writing)
  • Able to speak & understand the Rohingya/ Chittagonian Language.

Responsibilities & Context

Community Development Centre (CODEC) invites application for the following positions from the potential Bangladeshi nationals.

The working location will be at Ukhiya in Cox’s Bazar.

  • The Monitoring & Reporting officer should have experience working on Monitoring and Evaluation in a Refugee context.
  • Develop monitoring tools and techniques with joint collaboration of project personnel.
  • Implementing monitoring system in the field, collect and ensure qualitative and quantitative data for MIS.
  • Submit weekly work plan for field monitoring, monitoring quality implementation of activities, evaluation of the results and report the learning outcomes.·
  • Attend Parents meeting, Peer group session and evaluate their capacity on relevant accounts and submit report to Project coordinator.
  • At least visit 03 days in a week for education facilities and submit visit report to the Project Coordinator.
  • Implement reporting system and documentation as per project needs.
  • Develop an overall monitoring and evaluation plan under the guidance of the Project Coordinator.
  • Ensure quality data to measure impact of the project interventions through various approaches using both qualitative and quantitative processes.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual plan based on the overall plan.·        Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports following the prescribed format and submit them to Project Coordinator.
  • Prepare monthly & quarterly basis monitoring report and sent to Project Coordinator.
  • Contribute to developing MIS for implementing and measuring the impact of the program.·
  • Measuring the sustainability of different program activity interventions.
  • Ensure the safety of team members (in respect to Prevention of sexual exploitation and abuse – PSEA) from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation.
  • Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
  • Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
  • Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any report able incident takes place, encourage others to do so.S/he should abide by the Inter-Agency Standing Committee (IASC)’s six core principles on Protection from Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA) policy.
  • Ensure the safety of team members (in respect to Prevention of sexual exploitation and abuse – PSEA) from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the program’s goals on safeguarding implementation.
