Additional Requirements

Must have excellent working knowledge of MS Office and able to correspond via e-mail.
Garment accessories experience will be preferred.

Assess customer requirements and ensure that these are met.
Specify quality requirements of raw materials with production / respective team.
Ensure the quality of production receipt at every stage in the working process.
Investigate and set standards for quality at every phase.
Ensure that manufacturing processes comply with set standards.
Work with production team to establish procedures, standards and systems.
Monitor performance of production team.
Build a well-trained and motivated production team.
Determine, negotiate, and agree on in-house quality procedures, standards and specifications.
Check and keep all the related records updated.
Perform root cause analysis to arrive and implement permanent solution to the quality issues to continuously improve the product quality.
Perform daily in-line QA and final Inspections when required.
Perform any other tasks assigned by the management.
Determine high customer satisfaction by ensuring compliance / quality.
