Responsibilities & Context
- Maintain party-wise cotton register daily.
- Maintain Yarn Stock daily.
- Maintain production report shift-wise along with daily manpower, and wastage.
- Maintain the technical status of each machine in terms of their maintenance.
- Visit the production floor frequently to ensure production resources like man, machine, and materials are utilized to the best of their value.
- Set up industry best standards to monitor production performances.
- Establish key performance indicators for the Spinning division.
- Check Yarn count as reported by production.
- Check and confirm mm of cotton.
- Monitor packing material status and follow up for replenishment.
- Monitor Spare parts inventory, validate requisition, and monitor post-purchase performance.
- Perform Ad hoc analysis on the production floor as and when needed.
