Responsibilities & Context
- Prepare material requirement plans (MRP) based on production plans and BOMs
- Collaborate with sourcing and warehouse teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials (leather, soles, accessories, etc.)
- Monitor inbound material status and communicate delays or mismatches to relevant teams
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments for follow-ups and updates
- Maintain inventory tracking sheets and material consumption records
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on buyer orders, production capacity, and delivery timelines
- Coordinate with production teams to monitor line loading, execution status, and ensure on-time output
- Liaise with International Business, Design Lab, Commercial, Procurement, and Quality teams for seamless execution of orders
- Participate in order status meetings and buyer reviews
