Strong Knowledge of Local markets, suppliers, sourcing strategies and excellent negotiation and analytical skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for vendor and team collaboration.

Analyze technical requirements for office, event, and technical items to determine suitable sourcing strategies.
Identify and evaluate potential suppliers/vendors, ensuring they meet quality, cost, and delivery standards.

To analysis technical requirements, identify suitable suppliers and negotiate with Vendors before purchasing the product.
Ensuring the quality and quantity, Managing and Collecting quotations from two or more dedicated vendors as per the requirements.
Coordinate procurement efforts with internal teams to align with project timelines and requirements.
Ability to handle multiple projects and work under pressure.

Utilize sourcing tools and software to streamline the procurement process and maintain accurate records.

Prepare regular reports on procurement activities, vendor performance, and cost-saving opportunities.

Communicate effectively with vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth collaboration and transparency.
