Additional Requirements

• Age 26 to 32 years

• Strong understanding of textile science, fiber properties, yarn construction, and fabric construction.
• Experience with various testing methods for fabrics (physical, chemical, etc.).
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Good Communication skill on English.
• Good Knowledge on MS Excel/MS PowerPoint/ MS World etc.

Responsibilities & Context

• Conduct research on new fibers, yarns, weaving/knitting techniques, finishing processes, and fabric functionalities.
• Develop and test new fabric to meet specific requirements and market trends.
• Ensure that fabric quality is achievable and can be maintained from development through to bulk delivery.
• Analyze fabric performance data and recommend improvements to existing fabrics or process.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in textile technology and sustainable practices.
• Maintain accurate documentation of research findings, fabric specifications and fabric process detail.
