- 5+ year’s practical experience on production floor.
- Printing Sector experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task and utilize resources to execute tasks within a deadline.
- Commitment to continuous process improvement initiatives and ability to solve problems creatively.
Responsibilities & Context
- Manage job runs on a daily basis to ensure high quality and timely production.
- Maintaining people management skills to navigate thru given deadlines and issues.
- Proactively communicate supply chain issues to procurement teams and coordinate solution.
- Documenting, specification, creating production schedule, reports and analysis.
- Labor management.
- Ensuring adherence to corporate mandates/directives, maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs), implementation of SOPs & service-level agreements (SLAs), safety, environmental and OSHA compliance.
