Responsibilities & Context
- Ensure the quality of production for all products from the acquisition of materials to the finish products
- Plan, develop and execute production process to ensure daily production output and product quality
- Ensure optimum use of man, machine and materials to meet production targets maintaining high efficiency
- Review all BMR, BPR and ensure that the production is executed in accordance with the SOP
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports and other documents as per ISO 9001:2015
- Ensure all machine operation, food safety, chemical safety, machine CIP and proper cleaning of the workplace
- Supervise to improve the productivity and reduce the production cost
- Maintain proper communication with the internal and external stakeholders
- Prepare SOPs and conduct training for further development
- Ensure health, safety and hygienic regulations of factory as per specification
- Any other duties assigned by the Management
