Responsibilities & Context
- Check raw materials, packaging materials and finished products for Edible Oil and Dairy products as per national and international standard.
- Monitor all SOP, compliance, calibration and personal hygiene of factory premises.
- Responsible to operate sophisticated instrument like as UV-VIS Spectrophotometer, NIR, HPLC etc. in the laboratory.
- Prepare and review of method validation protocols and reports.
- To be followed GLP & GHP rules.
- Maintain all controlled documents in a timely and accurate manner in the laboratory.
- Monitor abnormality of production premises.
