Responsibilities & Context
Job role:
To execute section wise policy, plan & program of quality and food safety management system in cake Plant.
To ensure RM, PM, FG & ln process Quality Parameters are met as per standard.
Key deliverables:
QA policy & program execution
Execution of Quality planning (section)
Compliance with food safety, quality and regulatory requirements
lnspection of finished goods as per plan
Trouble shooting- deviation found vs corrective action
Certify lncoming RM & PM as per standard
Compliance with food safety, quality and regulatory requirements
Check ln process quality parameters as per standard
Execute Good Laboratory Practice (GLP)
