Responsibilities & Context
- Analysis drawing, project specification, procedure & ITP of steel structure works.
- Prepare/Review the project quality control process descriptions, inspection and test plans and formats and plans for meeting any special quality requirements of the projects.
- Material Receiving Inspection (Grad, size, MTC, Surface Appearance).
- Material Traceability (Material Specification, Material Test Certificate, Material Traceability Record form, Inspection & Test Plan).
- Coordination with client inspectors for inspection of Hold and witness point.
- Reviewing work procedure for quality content.
- Managing incoming in process and final inspection.
