Responsibilities & Context
- Exposure of textile production management & ready-made garment manufacturing (different segments) is must.
- Ability to coach staff, manage, and develop high-performance teams, set and achieve strategic objectives.
- Understanding of fabric and ready-made garments dynamics.
- Knowledge of buyer house compliances and regulatory rules is preferable.
- Understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS) is preferable.
- Knowledge about technical audit
- You have to prepare a plan to ensure QS implement all over factory accordingly
- You have face internal/third party audit
- Monitor training programs in conjunction with the HR/Training Coordinator for team members to have the necessary skills to perform their duties safely and efficiently.
