Requirements
Education
- Masters in Pharmacy/ Chemistry/ Applied Chemistry/ Bio Chemistry from any reputed university
Additional Requirements
- Age At most 32 years
- Freshers are encouraged to apply. Candidates having 1 year of experience in QC department in any reputed Food/ Pharmaceuticals company will get preference
- Excellent communication skills both in English and Bengali
Responsibilities & Context
- Perform in-process inspection to ensure the SOPs during production at Toll/Contract Manufacturing sites
- Ensure strict GMP during manufacturing & packaging operations
- Analyze and ensure sampling of finished products of each batch
- Confirm all tests as per in-house specifications and prepare report in details
- Ensure that the retention sample are kept of each batch in specified area
- Test the specimen sample of incoming raw materials
- Ensure the cleanliness of production area
- Ensure the calibration of all IPC equipment’s as per SOP
- Maintain procedures and operating instructions for all QC activities including maintenance of GMP, GLP
- Compile all documents and QC test reports for smooth operations
- Any other task assigned by the Supervisor
