Responsibilities & Context
Ensuring quality control processes for FIBC products, ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
Conducting inspections and audits of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to verify quality.
Leading root cause analysis for product defects and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
Monitoring production planning to ensure quality standards are met throughout the production process.
Analysis of customer complaints by investigating issues, identifying root causes, and implementing corrective measures in line with company standards.
Conducting quality audits and testing procedures to maintain high-quality standards.
Collaborating with the production team to enhance product quality.
Managing quality documentation, including SOPs, inspection reports, and corrective action records.
Training and guiding quality control staff on best practices and standard operating procedures.
