Responsibilities & Context

• Check and ensure that the entire floor sanitation process, cleanliness, and hygienic conditions are maintained as per specifications.

• Check the quality of in-process products and ensure that all chemical tests (Brix, Acidity, pH, Density, and Packaging Integrity), as well as physical and organoleptic properties, conform to standard specifications.

• Ensure that packing, labeling, and coding are done according to prescribed standards.

• Collect samples and conduct quality analyses of raw materials, packaging materials, finished products, and others according to approved procedures.

• Validate and qualify equipment and analytical test methods.

• Maintain documentation, develop and update SOPs, and ensure proper record-keeping.

• Support GMP compliance, plant cleanliness, and critical hygiene procedures, ensuring their effectiveness.
• Participate in all activities related to implementing the Quality Management System and Food Safety Management System in the factory.

• Perform any other duties assigned by the Management.
