Responsibilities & Context

Green University of Bangladesh is one of the leading universities in the private sector. We are looking for an Officer for the Registrar’s Office of Green University of Bangladesh. We encourage individuals who are dedicated to working and building a career in academic administration.

  • Maintain and update student records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with university policies and regulations.
  • Assist in the processing of student academic certifications.
  • Data collection, collaboration, and report preparation for complying with the UGC-Annual Report.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports for accreditation, compliance, and institutional research.
  • Provide frontline service to students regarding registration, records, and other related inquiries.
  • Address and resolve student and faculty concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of the student information system and other related software.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating academic events such as commencement, convocation, and orientation programs.
  • Assisting the Registrar or Joint Registrar in servicing the faculty members and staff appointments and promotions committee and staff disciplinary and appeals committee.
  • Assist in the general management and administration of the division relating to staff recruitment, management, and general service matters like appointment, orientation, leave, and study leave.
  • Support the processing of degree audits and graduation applications.
