- Proficiency in oral and written communication both in Bengali & English.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Problem solving skill for buyer order.
Responsibilities & Context
- Follow up production and quality at sewing section as per H&M Guide line in all stage.
- Follow up Initial, inline inspection at sewing stage. Reserve all information of each order/style including with buyer inspection report.
- Conduct QS Audit 02 days per week at sewing. To maintain COC, QS requirements.
- Follow up all inspection schedule and conducting buyer inspection by communicating with buying QC.
- To know applicable rules & regulations on EMS implementation in organization & comply with accordingly.
- Any other assignment given by the management time to time Follow up Initial, inline inspection at finishing stage.
- Reserve all information of each order/style including with buyer inspection report.
- Follow up production and quality at Finishing section as per H&M Guide line .
- Conduct QS Audit 02 days per week at Finishing.
- To maintain QS, COC requirements.
- Follow up all inspection schedule and conducting buyer inspection by communicating with buying QC.
- Follow up over all H&M requirement in every stage.
- To know applicable rules & regulations on EMS implementation in organization & comply with accordingly.
- Any other assignment given by the management time to time
