Responsibilities & Context
A renowned and reputed eco-manufacturing group that has been in business for decades with excellence in providing our customers with an outstanding list of quality products, manufactured using state-of-the-art technology. We are seeking a dynamic Officer – Sales for our Chottgram (Chittagong) region.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring they receive proper support and service.
Develop and expand relationships with new clients, including architects and developers, to grow the product market.
Address and resolve customer complaints promptly, and coordinate with the production department to implement improvements.
Consistently work towards meeting or exceeding sales targets set by the management.
Ensure that all activities adhere to the guidelines and policies established by the management.
Contribute to the company’s overall marketing objectives externally (with customers) and internally (with team members).
Provide detailed information to the marketing manager to assist in budgetary control for specific activities.
Submit daily and weekly reports on visits and activities to the Head of Marketing & Sales Department.
Perform any other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by the management.
