Additional Requirements

A professional degree in technical, fire, safety, and security is preferred
At least 3 years of experience experience in security management
Knowledge of CCTV Camera, access control, fire alarm systems, Sensormatic gates etc
Experience in security and safety management and fire drilling and training knowledge
Effective communication, interpersonal skills, analytical ability, problem-solving and decision-making skills
Should have skills in strategic thinking, stress management, and team building

Ensure the security processes and operations as per security guidelines
Ensure the safety and security of men, materials, and infrastructure of Aarong CS, Outlets, and other Aarong installations
Ensure the immediate solution of any kind of emergencies related to security in any Aarong installations
Manage own and third-party security operations focusing on service quality and cost-effectiveness
Develop work schedules, allocate tasks, and monitor security personnel performance
Manage relationships with contractors and service providers
Maintain regular fire safety and emergency training for the stakeholders
Ensure the technical support and maintenance of the security devices and equipment to ensure the security system
Involve and plan for security guard and security system for new projects
