Responsibilities & Context

  • Developing strategies to increase low-cost or no-cost deposit portfolios through collection and payments solutions. This could include incentives for clients to use CityLive for their banking needs, such as discounts on transaction fees or interest rate benefits.
  • Enhance business revenue by focused opportunity identification and structuring of working capital solutions (Liability products) in partnership with other business divisions of the bank or other relationship management team & operations.
  • Enhance business revenue by focused opportunity identification and structuring of working capital solutions (Liability products) in partnership with WB, RBD or others relationship management team & operations.
  • Maintain a detailed and an up-to-date knowledge of the bank’s comprehensive integrated channels capabilities and their application to client’s needs — use this knowledge in structuring solutions.
  • Capacity to understand client requirement and structure solution accordingly.
  • Maintain standards and role model behaviors that demonstrate the core values of the bank.
  • Prepare & manage Cash Management Service proposals, presentations, pricing approvals etc.
  • Constantly look for ways to improve how we do things and use appropriate channels to develop ideas and initiatives
  • Prepare SLA, agreement, Change request, BRD etc. as per requirement.
  • Maintain high quality standards of documentation, client communication, process compliance.
