Responsibilities & Context
- Conducting total recruitment and selection process.
- Policy Draft and Implementation.
- Analysis & drafting JD and assist the manpower need.
- Execution of PMS Exercise throughout the organization.
- Execute quarterly appraisal (KPI Based PMS).
- Finding improvement areas based on PMS data analysis.
- Ensure proper Job Analysis and Job Profile to support fair talent acquisition.
- Assist in the employees training session, facility arrangement.
