Requirements
Education
- Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Industrial and Production Engineering, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Textile.
- Preferred IPE/Textile background. But others are also ok if have enough experience.
- Training/ Trade Course: Fast React.
- Skills Required: Knit Garments Factory, Planning and Execution, Production Planning and Co-Ordination.

- 3 to 7 years
Additional Requirements
- Age 25 to 32 years
- Having knowledge of Planning software like Fast React concepts will get preference
- Must be good in Microsoft Excel
- Must have sound knowledge of lead time on all production processes – Knitting, Dyeing, Cutting, Printing, Embroidery, Sewing, Finishing
Responsibilities & Context
- Collect order status from merchandising team and plot master sewing plan with T&A.
- Close monitoring of Knitting, Dyeing and Printing-Embroidery Progress.
- Closely monitoring all pre-production activities (Size set cutting, PP meeting, Pilot Run) and priority-based work progressing.
- Follow up sampling, pre-production activities, cutting, sewing, washing, and finishing according to plan.
- Update production plan from time to time according to the current situation.
- Work to reduce plan vs actual gap.
- Regular do pocket meetings with concerned department.
- Co-ordinate with Merchandiser, Production, Store to ensure smooth execution of plan.
