Responsibilities & Context
- Receiving Purchase requisition from different service.
- Justification of purchase requisition before purchase.Sending RFQ to vendors.
- Negotiate with vendor & obtain approval from management.
- Issue purchase order/work order to vendor & follow up until delivery.
- Ability to analyze data & perform cost analysis & ber charting.
- Ability to purchase machine spare parts ,electrical, hardware items, printing & stationary items.
- Any other tasks as assigned by the management.
