Additional Requirements

Knowledge of food safety regulations and standards (HALAL, HACCP, ISO 22000:2018)

Ensure all frozen food products meet quality standards at each stage of production.
Maintain knowledge of lab instrument calibration from both external and internal labs.
Be proficient in microbiological testing, swab testing, environmental monitoring, and other relevant procedures.
Regularly check for compliance with industry and safety standards.
Conduct inspections and testing on raw materials, in-process products, and final products.
Document findings and report any deviations from established quality standards.
Maintain high hygiene standards within the production area, ensuring equipment and personnel adhere to protocols.
Oversee sanitation procedures to prevent contamination risks.
Monitor and record temperatures in storage and production areas to ensure product integrity.
Ensure proper storage and handling practices are maintained for all frozen products.
Ensure compliance with local and international food safety standards (e.g., HALAL, HACCP, ISO 22000:2018).
Prepare and maintain detailed reports on quality checks, incidents, and corrective actions.
Identify areas for improvement within quality control processes.
Collaborate with production teams to implement and enforce enhanced quality assurance measures.
