Education
- Bachelor of Law (LLB)
Experience
- At least 3 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Banks, Leasing
Additional Requirements
- Age At most 35 years
- Candidates must have sound knowledge in the areas of Negotiable Instrument Act, Artha Rin Adalat Ain, land / property & property transfer laws etc.
- Candidates must have 3 years practical working experience in the relevant field including court procedures preferably with any reputed law firm and/or Bank/Financial Institution.
- Candidates should be dynamic, self-motivated with strong interpersonal & communication skills and good command over English.
Responsibilities & Context
- Assist in taking proper steps to file suits against defaulters.
- Represent DBH at criminal / civil court & ensure that the suits are progressing swiftly.
- Maintain liaison with Company`s external lawyers at court & firm.
- Perform any other function within the legal framework.
