Masters in any discipline / B.Sc. in Engineering from a reputable university with a strong academic background.

Additional Requirements
- Should have 03 to 05 years experience in relevant filed.
- Working experience in the manufacturing industry (Accounting / Sales, Material Management, Production Planning) with sound knowledge in IT / ERP systems also encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (both speaking and writing).
Candidates having following skill will be preferred:
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP experience) will preferred.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems.
- Experience with ERP implementation projects.
Responsibilities & Context
Job context:
We prefer candidates with experience in ERP/SAP implementation and maintenance of the ERP system within a group setting.
Candidates with experience in Accounting/ Sales/ Material Management/ Production Planning /Etc and a good understanding of IT / ERP systems are also encouraged to apply if they feel confident in their abilities.
The position may be at a higher or lower level based on the candidate’s skills, competencies, experience and overall ability.
Job Responsibilities:
- Integration and standardization of business processes.
- Implementation and maintenance of the ERP system.
- Diagnosing and resolving issues in the ERP system.
- Performing system upgrades and maintenance.
- Analyzing existing business processes to improve workflows.
- Providing technical support for the ERP system to end-users.
- Training end-users on ERP system functionalities.
- Managing master data.
- Other responsibilities assigned by management
