Procurement Management: Source and procure materials, products, and services as per company requirements.
Negotiate with suppliers to achieve cost-effective purchasing while maintaining quality standards.
Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and vendors.
Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels to meet the sales demand while minimizing excess stock.
Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
Implement inventory control techniques to optimize storage space and reduce holding costs.
Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products to customers and sales channels.
Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
Handle any logistics issues or delays and resolve them promptly.
Sales Coordination: Collaborate with the sales team to forecast demand and plan inventory accordingly.
Ensure that products are available for sales campaigns and promotions.
Provide regular updates to the sales team regarding inventory status and delivery schedules.
Documentation and Compliance: Prepare and maintain accurate records of purchase orders, invoices, and delivery receipts.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations related to supply chain operations.
Assist in internal and external audits related to supply chain activities.
Mentality to work cyclically with duty roaster schedule.
