    The applicants should have expertise & experience on the market and products as follows:

    • Tyre, IPS and Online UPS.

    Responsibilities & Context

    The position role is critical as a significant chunk of sales revenue comes from dealer sales and corporate channel. A sales personnel is entirely responsible to feed the respective dealer within the area of his concern. The sales personnel needs to be more careful & efficient in the execution of their respective sales & Distribution planning considering market challenges.

    • Achieve annual value, volume, and profitability targets for Tyre, IPS, UPS in the specified territory.

    • Ensuring active involvement in cycle planning activities.

    • Attending regular sales calls as per plan to maintain a sustainable trade relationship with the dealer.

    • Visit corporate clients/dealers of the assigned territories and secure sales through them or any other suitable sources.

    • Collect market information to strengthen market intelligence activities.

    • Ensuring sales collection within the due time frame.

    • Ensuring merchandising materials in all planned locations to enhance brand awareness.

    • Monitor inventory in key sales points to ensure product availability.

    • Efficient management of key customer accounts.

    • Increase sales, as well as customer service by maintaining healthy relationships with the IPS service technicians or supervisors of the territory.

    • Manage debtors.

    • Ensure customer satisfaction for both dealers & corporate clients.

    • Combat competition.

    • Ensure growth in market share.
