Additional Requirements
- Age 25 to 35 years
- Proven experience as an Excel power user and advanced Excel proficiency.
- Expertise in Excel functions including VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS and nested formulas.
- Communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal for internal and external correspondence.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
Responsibilities & Context
- Maintaining regular communication to address buyer inquiries, provide production updates and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate closely with production, quality and sales teams to fulfill buyer requirements in a timely manner.
- Address buyer concerns or complaints promptly and effectively, working closely with internal teams to resolve issues and maintain positive relationships.
- Design and generate various buyer reports, graphs and dashboards to visualize KPI/OKI.
